– Maison Rabat is a registered business based in Europe.
– We specialize in curated, vintage Moroccan dresses imported from Morocco.
– Our products are unique, limited in stock, and sold as-is.
2. Ordering & Payment
– All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT (if applicable).
– Orders can be placed through our website only.
– Payments must be completed via secure providers (e.g. iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, etc.).
– Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
3. Product Information
– Each dress is one-of-a-kind and may show minor signs of vintage wear.
– We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately.
– Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting.
– We are not responsible for minor differences in fit or appearance typical of vintage items.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. However, during high-demand periods, new collection launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. On average, shipping may take:
– Netherlands & EU: 1-3 business days
– International: 5–14 business days
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or postal services. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
– You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer law.
– Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
– Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Cancellation Policy
– Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
– If already dispatched, you must follow the return process.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
– All items are inspected before shipping.
– If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
– Include photos and a clear description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
8. Liability
– We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or delay.
– We are not responsible for misuse or mishandling of items after delivery.
– Vintage products may have natural imperfections — this is part of their charm.
